Fabiana Silva is the Director of Operations at Privé Advisory Group, where she oversees firm-wide operations, drives process optimization, and ensures the seamless execution of strategic initiatives across its real estate practice. With nearly two decades of leadership experience spanning healthcare, business development, science communication, and luxury real estate, she is recognized for her ability to design scalable systems, improve organizational efficiency, and lead high-performing teams.
Throughout her career, Fabiana has held key operational leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer for multiple private medical practices, where she streamlined administrative infrastructures, implemented electronic health record systems, and led a comprehensive rebranding and clinic launch initiative. As Managing Director for a wellness startup, she built operational frameworks from the ground up, and later advanced into business development—spearheading pre-market strategy for an innovative medical device company.
In her current role in Miami’s ultra-luxury residential real estate sector, Fabiana applies her analytical and organizational expertise to enhance market insights, client experience, and operational excellence across the organization.
Fabiana earned her B.A. in Environmental Studies from New College of Florida, where she focused on developing science outreach and education programs. Outside of work, she enjoys Latin dance, training her Doberman, and spending time with her family
