Led by Héctor L. Silva, Jr., a Yale graduate with dual degrees in Economic Sociology and International Studies, our Development Services Division leverages a rare combination of academic rigor, market knowledge, and real-world execution. Héctor has represented developers of some of Miami’s most iconic projects—including Brickell City Centre, the Paraíso master-planned community, and SLS Brickell—closing hundreds of millions of dollars in sales while guiding strategy through volatile markets.
His track record includes senior leadership roles in sales, marketing, and project positioning, along with service on the City of Miami’s Planning, Zoning & Appeals Board, where he oversaw entitlements and comprehensive land use planning. Recognized by the Urban Land Institute’s Leadership Institute, Héctor has been entrusted with shaping housing, zoning, and development policy at the highest civic levels.
