Héctor L. Silva, Jr. is recognized as one of Miami’s top brokers for trophy properties and leads Privé Advisory Group, a real estate team specializing in ultra-luxury and pre-construction sales. With over 15 years of experience, he has represented both discerning buyers and leading developers across South Florida’s most transformational projects.

Héctor began his real estate career in 2011 as a sole agent and built a reputation as a trusted advisor with unparalleled access to Miami’s luxury market. His background includes professional training from the Urban Land Institute’s Leadership Institute and service on the City of Miami’s Planning, Zoning, and Appeals Board.

Héctor earned his bachelor’s degree in Economic Sociology and International Studies from Yale University and is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, and Italian. Having lived and worked in Turkey twice, he is proficient in Turkish. Héctor also speaks rudimentary Mandarin Chinese. Outside of work, he is passionate about music and salsa dancing.
